Terms of Sale-Custom Hats
Deposit - a deposit is required at the time a Custom hat order is place.
Balance - is due upon completion of the hat. Hat may be picked up or shipped when payment is confirmed.
Payment methods - credit card, PayPal, check or cash are acceptable payment methods.
Returns - we are willing to work out minor changes necessary to make the hat acceptable to you. However, only in rare circumstances do we offer full refunds.
